Method
- Prepare pasta according to package instructionsand then drain and put back on your own pot.
- In a large-bowl, combine sour cream and alfredo sauce. Then add ziti and toss till coated.
- Spoon half the pasta to a greased 9x13-inch dish. And in a different bowl, stir together ricotta cheese, parsley, parmesan and eggs.
- Spread evenly over pasta from the baking-dish. Evenly spoon remaining pasta on top.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella-cheese and little fresh-parsley.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, then serve and enjoy.
